He stated he and his team conducted DMG courses over a four-year span and the immediate feedback received on how the training made a positive improvement to their organizations was incredible.

Charles spent 26 years in the U.S. Army and retired as a First Sergeant. He has a wife, four children and a granddaughter he enjoys.
